Is it possible to have a baby bump at 4 weeks?

Maybe: It's not unusual for the belly to get bigger even this early, especially if it's not your first pregnancy. But at this point, it's not the uterus, but the hormones slowing your bowel down, resulting in distention.

No: At 4 weeks there is not enough development to cause any visible effects on the abdomen. A physician may be able to feel enlargement of the uterus by 12 weeks but that is not always the case.
