Re evaluate: Some body should look at a wet smear of your vaginal discharge to determine if you continue to have yeast or have something else. Sometimes applying topical creams will irritate the tissues and feels like a yeast. Apply olive oil and cold compresses while you wait to get in to be checked. This may help the itching.
