Difficult to answer: It it difficult to answer the first part of your question. Most women know when they have one. But be patient. As you mature and become more experienced, it usually gets better. Remember this, it's a whole lot easier for a guy to achieve orgasm, so don't think you are abnormal. As far as female ejaculation, most do not experience it.
