Mild Ankle Sprain: You must of misstepped slightly spraining your ankle. This can be so unnoticeable, that you have no memory of it. Typically, these are 4 day injuries, but you can help by icing the ankle for 10 minutes twice daily. You can also do one set of evening contrast bathing.
