Are pregnancy tests accurate if taken at night 10 days after a missed period? my 5th negative hpt was taken at 9pm 10 days after missed period.

Yes they are.: Current over the counter pregnancy tests are pretty reliable at diagnosing pregnancy, even a few days prior to a missed period. If you are 10 days late and repeated tests are negative, you're probably not pregnant. Sounds like you either didn't ovulate or had a delay. You should call your GYN.
