Yes: Just, don't drink before getting the tattoo. And verify that your tattoo artist uses sterile technique, including using a new needle for every client.

Yes- no problem: Yes, people with epilepsy can get a tattoo. They should avoid driving, climbing ladders, and swimming, at least if they have had a seizure in the past 6 months or less.

Epilepsy & Life: Epilepsy is not usually a factor in choosing tattoos or piercings. Some people have seizures with stress or pain but most do not. If you worry that a medicine you're on might not mix with any activity in life, you can ask a pharmacist. I would use the same cautions with tattooing or piercings whether you have epilepsy or not: choose a professional & avoid infections.
