Sharp twinges of pain on one side of head that last about 20 secs sever when it happens a lot in a course of a day since yesterdy. what could be wrong?

Headaches: Chances are these are tension type headaches but it may be a migraine variant. Important questions are.. Does the pain cause any congestion in the sinuses? Any visual disturbances, or weakness in that side of the face? Any nausea or light sensitivity with this? If u have any of those.. Please consult ur physician
