A 20-year-old female asked:
How can safely abort a 2 weeks pregnancy at home?

Hmmm...: No woman knows she is 2 weeks pregnant, at the time she is 2 weeks pregnant. That is because she is conceiving at that time (we count from the beginning of the last menstrual period, so 2 weeks is about when ovulation occurs). A woman can only look back in time after confirming her pregnancy at about 4-5 weeks pregnant, to see what she was doing 2-3 weeks earlier when she was 2 weeks pregnant.

Dear young lady, my hope is that you stay healthy and be at peace. An unborn child is a precious gift and I hope that you have the best support you can have during times of stress. It is very unwise to terminate a pregnancy at home by yourself . Please see a doctor, ask about all the options available to you. Best of health.

Doctor can evaluate: The medicine is by prescription, so a woman goes to her Ob-Gyn to be evaluated for it. Whether or not medicine can be used also depends on the age of the baby embryo or fetus (the number of weeks pregnant). The doctor will talk with the patient to be sure that the patient is making a good permanent decision, because aborting a baby embryo or fetus is a hard decision for any woman to make.
