Depends: Depends on why you were on it in the first place and what dose you are taking. If low dose, it's probably ok to wait to get a blood test with your new physician. The only time it's important to not miss your thyroid pill is during pregnancy, if you had thyroid cancer or if you're already on a full replacement dose.
