i did a semen analysis test and it showed i had a 1.0 total sperm count can you explain help me understand that?

1 million?: Not sure how to interpret 1.0 but likely that means you have 1 million sperm per mL of ejaculate which is low. See a male reproductive urologist for evaluation.
