Need more info: In general, just like putting a screw into anything else--except Orthopedic surgeons prefer power tools. So they would use a battery powered screwdriver (/drill) to drive the screw into the bone.

With a drill: Just like anyone else. We use a drill matched to the screw size.

Drill: Usually a drill is used to create a channel, and then the screw is inserted with a screw driver.
