C diff?: Abdominal pain and/or diarrhea following long antibiotic courses can be a sign of C diff infection--it may be worth having your doctor check your stool. Of course it could also be entirely unrelated to the antibiotics and be any number of primary GI issues--reflux, an ulcer, gastritis, etc.
