Non cardiac pain : You are probably experiencing indigestion and excessive acid production . You may also have a hiatal hernia where part of your stomach slides into your chest thru a defect in the diaphragm . A rare situation is AchalAsia with tightness at the bottom part of your esophagus and the food does not go down into the stomach , esophagus street hes , genes the pain . Need upper GI studies to diagnose .
