Rash: A persistent vaginal rash could be due to a yeast infection or an allergic reaction to something coming in contact with the vaginal area. Itching usually is also present. Try applying an antifungal cream to the vaginal area to see if the rash clears. Cortisone cream helps an allergic rash but can aggravate a yeast infection. See your gynecologist as needed.
