Could happen : Yes- you can absolutely have a blocked nose as all things are connected. Typically and intra nasal steroid such as Flonase can be helpful but requires a script from a doctor. Afrin can be helpful but make sure you do not use it for more than three days (it is available OTC ) thanks!

Congestion: Most of the times blocked noses and congestion are the main causes of exists Eustachian tube dysfunction. Taking a decongestant and doing valsalva maneuver helps.
