Very uncommon: condition, but abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever, sometimes diarrhea. It is a diagnosis of exclusion, and some doctors don't believe this condition even exists. My personal opinion is that this condition is repeated episodes of mild acute appenciditis. Get to your doctor for accurate diagnosis.

No longer: that term chronic appendicitis is used , only acute , may again recur if surgery is not done in the first attach then symptoms will be same . If you are getting attacks of right lower abdomen see your doctor and find out the cause to treat you.
