Ovulation help.: The question is, are you ovulating. If you are, Clomid (clomiphene) won't help, and may actually hinder conception. If you are not ovulating, Clomid (clomiphene) can help, but has risks and side effects. It is best to discuss this with your GYN and let them monitor you if you need Clomid (clomiphene).
