Drink More Fluids: Most people don't drink nearly enough fluids. Drink water enhanced with electrolytes like Smart Water or Pedialyte. NOT Gatorade. Too much sugar! 6 to 8, 8 ounce glasses of water are needed especially on hot days. Stay away from soft drinks, tea and coffee. They are actually dehydrating. Consider a fiber product like FiberCon if constipation continues.

Symptoms: What you should do is masker s list of ll of your symptoms, including onset, duration, intensity. Then make a list of all of your medications and allergies. Take both lists with you to the best General Physician in your area who will do full medical history, examination, imaging, and lab tests to determine the actual cause of your symptoms and the appropriate treatment.
