UTI, vaginitis: If you have abdominal or pelvic pain worse or different from what is usual for your endometriosis or if you have fever or bleeding then you should go directly to the ER. You likely have a urinary tract infection but the odor may also be from a gardnerella infection in your vagina or urine so both need to be examined. In either or both cases you need to see a doctor or other healthcare provider.
