It's tough!: This is very hard on everyone, no doubt. For those still actively trying make sure you are working with a doctor who is expert in fertility and you can communicate well with; whether still trying or for those who've stopped, professional counselors who have knowledge of the field can help a great deal - as can support from family, loved ones, friends, clergy, etc... good wishes.

Are you really 46?: Hi. If you're 46 (as stated in your profile), that would be a high risk pregnancy for both you and the fetus. Menopause is looming. Adoption is always a possibility. I don't know how to tell you to cope, but consider biological clocks...that might help. Biologically speaking, having babies is for younger women. Be at peace.
