Good Skin Hygiene: Avoid long hot showers and harsh and drying cleansers. Apply fragrance-free moisturizer like Vanicream. Use at least twice a day. For eczema flares, apply prescription strength corticosteroid ointments to problem areas twice a day until clear. Wet dressings (wet wraps) at night and chlorine baths if more severe.
