For future reference: Personal medical records are either old fashioned paper records or can be stored on the web. There are no controversies but have to be kept confidential. Especially with this computer age the web based medical records to be kept in a secure environment. Lot of information which is accurate as well can be stored in the web and easily accessible when ever you want it.
