Internet, fam. dr, +: First you can ask your family MD to rrecomend a theraist/psychiatrist. You can go to the Internet and identify your area and search for psychiatirst or therapist. Usually psychiatrist have a web sight and you can become familiar with the doctors qualification, experience and training and area of speciality. In addition you can call the APA/ AACAP and request assistantance in finding a MD.
