Have toddler help: Having the toddler help you out is a great way to cope. It gives the toddler the attention they crave right now but also helps you out with the newborn. Have toddler bring you diaper or throw them away. have them hold baby's clothes while you get it dressed. Read books to both of them while on your lap. And try and get enough sleep yourself - that's the biggest key to the stresses you are facing!

Pick Battles: Try and keep a good schedule. Make sure the kids get enough sleep and have a good bedtime routine. Don't try to do to much, restaurant nights out may need to be few and far between. Get a good walk every day. Lastly, don't be afraid to ask for help from friends and relatives. Above all, never shake the baby. If he is crying and you cannot console him, set him in his crib and take a break!
