What are "these"?: Most of us want quick & easy way and aren't willing to put in time & effort. So before checking testosterone levels, give it your best shot when it comes to proper nutrition & exercise. Without those 2 components, excess testosterone won't be of any use. Be aware that inability to build muscle, in & of itself, isn't a reason to start testosterone. We're more apt to treat hypogonadism than low T.

Your question is a: bit vague. What is the testosterone level? If you are eating well and exercising regularly and cannot make progress in the gym, it's possible that you are suffering from low testosterone, especially if you have other symptoms as well, such as low sex drive.
