Depends: Women who have abortions after 12 weeks of pregnancy have slightly more issues with scarring and Asherman's syndrome because of the need for more aggresive scraping of the lining. In general though the issue about conception after abortion has to do more with the number of abortions. If you just had one, you likely don't have any decrease in pregnancy rates.
