Skin Abscess: Yes because it damages the follicles in the hair root. As long as the follicle is not killed, the hair should return.

Ever since I was 9-10, I had pubic hair. Since 11-12, I started getting painful bumps on my vulva. If popped, pus comes out. I always have them, when some go down, more go up. I think they are cysts/abscesses. Is this normal? Is there a treatment?
