Hydrocortisone cream: The best available over the counter anti itch cream is 1% Hydrocortisone cream. Unfortunately, it is not very strong. If your rash persists, see a dermatologist.

Depends on cause.: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
