2 possible causes: Could be from 1 - clogged tear drainage duct, so tears are always backing up and running down her cheek. 2 could be due to the eyes getting irritated, and in this case that is most likely due to dryness, causing the eyes to reflex tear and make to many tears - overflowing the drainage system. You can try OTC tears 4 times a day, otherwise she needs to be evaluated by an Ophthalmologist!

Few possibilities: Could be blocked tear drains, allergies, or dryness. All treated differently. Go see an ophthalmologist to distinguish. Do not use Visine or Clear Eyes.
