That could be normal: Seeing some calcium oxalate crystals in the urine under microscopic exam is nothing usual and common, and carries no clinical significance for most although calcium oxalate - monhydrate or dihydrate - is known to be the most common composition of urinary stone. So, such finding is usually okay and should be correlated with individual clinical scenario for interpretation.
