What is your risk: it depends upon your overall cardiac risk. if you have little in the way of risk factors, and are 46 years old, then you may not need Aspirin at all. if you have vascular disease, diabetes or other risk factors, you may need to take 81 - 325 mg a day to reduce future risk of events.
