Disability or Pain?: Not enough detail for good answer.I don't know what the 'disability' is.Best bet is to get a proper diagnosis: ex. nerve/ligament inj., vertabral dysf,etc.A good history & physical, incl. osteopathic hands-on exam is a good place to start.Find a D.O. who does treatments like manipulation, acupuncture, prolo/neuroprolotherapy, etc.They have significant expertise diagnosing & treating neck problems
