Would suggest..: to see a urologist or gynecologist to make sure there are no structural issues that predispose you to the condition. I presume you have the right anitibiotic for the right organism.

Uti?: Are you sure you have a UTI? It may be something else such as another type of infection or structural abnormality. I would see your primary for further assistance as the symptoms of a UTI should go away with proper treatment.
