Find cause: There are many otc and prescription medications that can be helpful for headaches, depending on the duration and intensity of the headache. Character of headache and frequency can help determine what medication will help most. If you are waking up every morning tired and with a headache, sleep apnea needs to be ruled out. If not migraine or sleep apnea, more serious cause should be searched for.

Vague: Certainly need a lot more info. Duration, intensity, location. Keep a pain diary if you can and document your headaches. Then consider seeing your doctor. It could be due to grinding your teeth during sleep which tenses the muscles of the face and head.
