What to do if health issue, diagnosed with ibs but i am wondering if anyone has a different opinion !?

IBS: There is really no specific test for irritable bowel syndrome at this time. It is a diagnosis of exclusion. In-other-words, you have certain symptoms such as bloating, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea and/or constipation. A multitude of tests are done and nothing is found. What you can do is alter your diet and see if it helps. For example; eliminate wheat and/or dairy. Good luck!
