I have wrist surgery next week. what should i expect, what to do?

Talk to your surgeon: This is certainly something you want to discuss at length with your surgeon. There are dozens of "wrist" surgeries, so i can't begin to answer these for you. You have every right to have every question answered fully and to your satisfaction prior to surgery, so i encourage you to either call your surgeon or make a preoperative appointment to answer these questions prior to your surgery.
