Inheritance: For a woman to have red-green color deficiency she has inherited an defective gene both of her parents. This means all of her children will carry the defective gene. If her husband is normal then only the mother can pass on the trait. So: all of their sons will be color deficient and all of their daughters will be a carrier with one normal (from DAD) and one abnormal (MOM).
