Great!: A premature baby has a much greater chance to be healthy if breastfeeding rather than formula feeding. I cannot easily give you further advice without knowing details or having a one on one consultation.

Positioning: Positioning the baby and using multiple pillows is important for you to be comfortable. Remember you want to bring the baby in to your breast as you comfortably sit rather than have to hunch your breast down to the baby!
