Is breastfeeding also good and sufficient for a premature baby?

Yes: If possible, breatfeeding for premature infants that can suckle is optimal. Extremely premature infantso of less than 32 weeks often require supplemenattion.

Yes!: Breastmilk is the easiest food for a premature baby to digest, and the mother of a premature baby will actually make milk that is even better for the baby than the milk of a woman who delivers at term. A premature baby may need lots of other help to survive, but providing breastmilk is a great way the mother can help her baby.
