Breast pain: You don't state how long it's been since you gave birth. Milk comes in between 3 to 5 days after delivery. This can be very uncomfortable, for up to about 2 weeks. If you aren't breast feeding, it will also take about that long for your body to get the message. Binding, cool compresses and, sounds, crazy, but cabbage leaves cold and on your breasts. Any pain beyond this period, call your ObGyn.
