Dr. Tonga Nfor answered

Specializes in Cardiology

Question not clear: Its unclear what your question is. However there is a strong positive relationship between physical activity and heart health. However if you have a cardiac problem, then what you may need is cardiac rehab instead of plain physiotherapy.

Cardiology: this is something that needs to be prescribed by your md since he knows you. There are limits to what each individual should be doing. For someone recommending a physical regimen for you without knowing the facts could be dangerous. Someone for example could push your limits without knowing the full story. Likely not a recommendation youll get here. Talk you your cardiologist for further info
