What to do if eyelids swell when i go to sleep?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Elevate head: Eyelid swelling is due to edema or fluid accumulation in the tissues. Try sleeping on two pillos to elevate your head above the level of your heart to let gravity help reduce the swelling. The next question is why are the lids swelling. You may need to see your doctor for this.
