Immunosuppression: If a heart transplant has occurred and is tolerated ,patient must be on immunosuppression where any external carcinogenic factors can enter into the picture. Lymphoma and cervix atypia are related to viruses such as the MMTV and HPV virus that will grow rapidly with immunosuppression. Whatever chemo or immunotherapy that can be employed should be attempted. Difficult problem
