What to do if i have headaches etc is it my sinuses?

Possibly: If the headache is due to sinuses then you will have sinus symptoms such as runny, stuffy nose, sneezing, drainage, cough, etc...Pain in the face / sinus areas does not automatically make it a sinus infection. See your doctor for evaluation.
