Check it out: it is possible that your symptoms could be related to sinus pressure, however it's also possible that your eye pressure could be related to something that is vision threatening, like narrow angle glaucoma or a compressive mass lesion behind the eye. If the symptoms have been persistent and getting worse they need to be evaluated by an eye specialist and possibly PCP. Good luck!
