Just follow up: Your doctor would explain to you the findings in a better way in the context of your clinical picture, at any rate hilar calcification can present old granulomatous disorder or often times just exposure to a fungus "blastomyces" many people in the southern States are exposed and are asymptomatic and the calcifications just appear on the xray, if no symptoms don't worry and keep your follow up
