Erythromycin: Erythromycin is a perfectly fine antibiotic for various infections and is sometimes used as a prokinetic. It is not used often because it is not well tolerated. Many people experience abdominal crampiness, nausea and sometimes vomiting. If you cannot tolerate it then speak with your provider about a replacement.
