Not helpful: Just like the majority of food supplements sold on the market, there are no studies to support any claims of weight loss. Phrases like "supports health while dieting" mean nothing. These supplements are not FDA approved to treat anything. Don't waste your money. To lose weight you need to take in fewer calories, and burn more with exercise.
