Toric IOL: Toric implants correct for astigmatism & distance vision though usually do not correct for reading unless is a Trulign (Crystalens Toric) or Restor Toric (still not available in US). Vision usually much clearer if all astigmatism corrected; rotation of toric can increase the risk of visual distortion more than monofocals.
