Ectopic pregnancy: Cornual pregnancy falls under "ectopic pregnancy" "ectopic" meaning "out of the proper place". The proper situation of a pregnany would be in the middle up high in the uterus. Ectopic places are the cervix, the fallopian tubes, the corners of the top of the uterus, where the uterus continues on into the fallopian tubes, and pregnancies outside the uterus/fallopian tubes altogether.
